Product Designer (Foundry Pod)
Shape Minimum Lovable Products (MLPs) that demand attention. We need a strategic designer who commands modern design tooling and understands how to craft experiences that are both visually stunning and highly functional.
Mission
- Translate deep, complex technical capabilities into intuitive, frictionless user interfaces.
- Establish a unified, high-end visual language that projects the technical firepower of our Foundry.
- Use rapid iteration to find the absolute best solution, not just the first one that works.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product design: strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual execution.
- Utilize the latest design toolsets and AI-assisted generation to accelerate prototyping and ideation.
- Build and maintain scalable, programmatic design systems that engineers can adopt effortlessly.
- Advocate for the user in every technical discussion, ensuring architectural decisions never compromise the UX.
- Continuously elevate the craft of the entire firm through critique, exploration, and market awareness.

- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, complex problem-solving, and a deep understanding of UX systems.
- The ownership mentality to shepherd a design through the messy reality of engineering constraints.
- An obsessive attention to detail regarding typography, spacing, motion, and interaction states.
- A growth mindset, constantly exploring new design paradigms and AI tools to enhance your workflow.
Nice to have
- The ability to write production-ready CSS or interactive prototypes in code.
- Experience designing deeply technical interfaces, developer tools, or data-dense dashboards.
- A background in brand identity or marketing design to ensure a cohesive story across all surfaces.
